What Defines A Good Leader

1. Responsibility
- A good leader is responsible for every decision and action he makes, even if it leads to failure. The cause of his action is the outcome of the result
2. Respect
- A good leader does not only pay respects to those who are greater than him, but also to his enemies
3. Hard Work
- A good leader does not slacks, no matter how tired and painful it may be
4. Knowledge
- A good leader makes good decisions. He does not make one sided decisions based on his own beliefs. To be open-minded, is to be able to make good decisions
5. Consideration
- A good leader cares for his team-mates
6. Listen
- A good leader knows when to listen
7. Right Understanding
- Having the ability to listen, a good leader also have to understand why certain things would not work and do not go the way he wants it. He must be able to learn from his mistakes
8. Does Not Blame
- A good leader does not put his blame on anyone for his failures. Even if it is an object, animal, weather, etc.
9. Trust
- A good leader is a loyal and trustworthy person. Trust takes years to build, but seconds to destroy it, and forever to repair it
10. Discipline
- A good leader knows how and when to control himself
